Refund policy
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed
- Once your order has shipped you should expect to receive it within 3-7 business days.
- We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages, please contact UPS.
- Items can be returned for store credit ONLY. We do not issue any refunds. Store credits will be provided through email.
- All returns must have original tags on them, unworn, and in original condition as received. As well as postmarked within 5 days from the date you received your package
- We have a strict 5 day return policy! Anything after 5 days will not be accepted!
- All sale items, seasonal items, shoes, formals and accessories are a FINAL SALE! These items are not eligible for returns, store credit or exchanges.
- You are responsible for all shipping fees on any returns.
- Please allow 3-5 days to process your store credit.
